Phillip Doyle

Phillip Doyle - Solicitor/Managing Director

Has gained over 25 years legal experience working in various Law Firms in Liverpool City Centre. In 2011, he set up the PD Law practice in Widnes, his home town, to enable him to offer a more personal and bespoke service to his clients.

Interesting Fact

A keen golfer with a handicap of 8 and he is an Everton FC supporter.

Rhauri Mundy

Rhauri Mundy - Associate Solicitor

Has 20 years’ experience of dealing with all aspects personal injury litigation and in the last 10 years he has specialized in catastrophic injury and large loss claims. In addition, he has diversified into Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney, an area he feels passionate about.

Interesting Fact

Enjoys swimming, cycling and running and completed the Bolton UK Ironman in 2015.

Christine Fisher

Christine Fisher - Assistant Solicitor

Christine has over 25 year’s legal experience and has specialised in Conveyancing for over 16 years. Having gained a vast amount of experience in this area, she has joined PD Law as the Head of Conveyancing to enable the firm to offer a full range of services including residential purchases, sales and re-mortgages, transfer of equity, right to buy, help to buy.

Christine enjoys walking, playing squash and socialising. She particularly enjoys cooking and having played the violin at school she has recently acquired her own violin to undertake lessons.

Stephen Battarbee

Stephen Battarbee - Assistant Solicitor

Steve has over 35 years’ experience within the legal profession. He has undertaken a variety roles during his career including senior management but throughout the last 30 years he has specialised in Personal Injury litigation. His addition brings a wealth of experience to enhance the team at PD Law.

Steve is a keen fell walker and enjoys walking the Lakeland Fells He has undertaken trekking in the Himalayas including a trek to Everest base camp.

Jennifer Jackson

Jennifer Jackson - Assistant Solicitor

Having obtained her Degree in English Literature from Sheffield University, Jennifer decided to leave the world of fiction behind and converted her studies to the Law. Having successfully graduated in Law, she went on to complete her Legal Practising Certificate before taking up employment in a large Solicitors firm. Jennifer has gained over 4 years’ legal experience and she finally reached her goal by qualifying as a Solicitor in November 2015.

Has a passion for live music and enjoys attending lots of music gigs, she also attends weekly exercise classes as a member of her local boot camp

Jordan Shard

Jordan Shard - Trainee Solicitor

Having obtained a Law Degree from Lancaster University, Jordan went on to complete his Legal Practising Certificate at Manchester University. He took up his first legal role with PD Law and is currently undertaking a training contract within the firm to fulfil his goal of qualifying as a Solicitor.

Interesting Fact

Enjoys taking part in sporting challenges and competed in the Tough Mudder Challenge. He is a long standing Widnes Vikings Rugby League season ticket holder.

Julie Doyle

Julie Doyle - Practice Manager

Has over 30 years’ experience in accounts and office management through her employment in both public and private organisations within the legal field.

Interesting Fact

Enjoys swimming, travelling and horse racing, having a share in a racehorse with her family.

Jennifer Baker

Jennifer Baker - Legal Assistant

Jennifer has over 14 years’ experience of working within the legal firms specialising in conveyancing and private client work. Her experience and skills make her a great addition to the team.

Interesting Fact

Jennifer enjoys kick-boxing, drawing and spending time with her young family.

Julia Bratherton

Julia Bratherton - Legal Assistant

With over 18 years’ experience of working in Law Firms she has been specialising in Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney for the last 6 years. She is an advocate for people suffering from all forms of Dementia through her role as a Dementia Friends Champion.

Enjoys travelling and spending time with her young family.

Lacey Kelly

Lacey Kelly - Litigation Executive

Having graduated with a Law Degree from Liverpool John Moores, Lacey started her legal career with Law firms in Liverpool City Centre whilst continuing to study part time for her LLM Legal Practice Certificate. With over 4 years legal experience she has joined our Personal Injury team having completed her studies in 2016

Lacey likes to keep fit and attends regular Personal Training sessions. She enjoys looking after her new Shar pei puppy, which she has named Frank.

Alison Quinn

Alison Quinn - Accounts Manager

Alison has held numerous financial accounting roles throughout her career whilst completing her studies to obtain her AAT Accounting qualifications. Her Accounts Manager role at PD Law is her first legal accounting role but her excellent financial accounting experience and skills will be a great asset for the continuing the development of the firm.

Alison enjoys country walks, music and socialising and to relax Alison likes to read a good book.

Emma Roscoe

Emma Roscoe - Legal Administrator

Emma graduated with an English Degree from Liverpool University and initially started her career in the retail sector before taking up a graduate position with a law firm gaining experience of debt recovery and litigation. Emma has joined PD Law to further develop her career in the legal sector providing support across the firm.

Emma enjoys going to the cinema and socialising with her family and friends. She is an avid reader of all kinds of literature.

Morgan McKay

Morgan McKay - Administrator

Having successfully completed her Apprenticeship with PD Law and gaining her NVQ qualification in Business Administration, Morgan has taken up a new role within the firm and is continuing to gain legal experience whilst providing support to the teams across the firm.

Enjoys socialising with her friends, going to music festivals and eating out as well as caring for her Staffordshire dog called Bella.

Sam Doyle

Sam Doyle - Part-time Administration Assistant

Sam works part-time at PD Law as he is currently undertaking a course at college. He works on his weekly non-study days providing admin support across the firm.

Sam plays football in an U17’s football team every weekend and is a junior member of a local golf club where he plays regularly.
